Job Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team in Ty Seren. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, assisting in the day-to-day management of the home, and helping to improve the lives of the individuals we support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalised care to each person in their daily activities, including personal care, learning, and social interactions.
  • Foster a safe and positive environment, ensuring the emotional and physical well-being of each person.
  • Implement individualised care plans, under the guidance of an incredibly supportive senior team.
  • Support our people during recreational activities, outings, and community integration.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Promote independence, self-esteem, and confidence in our people, celebrating their achievements and milestones.
Requirements
  • A compassionate and caring nature, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
