Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Care Manager to join our team at M&D Care. As a Care Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support services to vulnerable adults with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Report to the Registered Manager and work closely with the in-house specialist support services team.
- Develop and implement person-centred care plans to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to individuals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care services and make recommendations for improvement.
- Act as an ambassador for the service and establish and maintain good relationships with care teams, prospective supported people, and colleagues.
- Assume responsibility for managing the service during the Registered Manager's absence.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Support Workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and business objectives.
- Ensure all records are maintained, monitored, and evaluated to ensure effectiveness.
- QCF level 3 in health and social care or equivalent.
- Experience of the care sector, the regulatory framework, and service delivery.
- Excellent working knowledge of the essential standards and statutory inspections in social care.
- Passionate about working with individuals with learning disabilities, Autism, and challenging behavior.
- Strong relationship-building skills and customer service skills.
- Computer literate with experience of Microsoft packages.
- Desire and passion to support individuals to achieve their aspirations and personal goals.
- Competitive salary range £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year.
