Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Field Services Engineer to join our dynamic support team. This role involves providing both remote assistance and on-site support to our clients. You will be responsible for maintaining office IT systems, including Windows networks, associated cloud services, infrastructure, and connectivity.

Independence is crucial for this position; however, as a member of our Field Services team, you will benefit from the extensive experience and knowledge of your colleagues. Essential Qualifications:

  • A strong desire to enhance your skills through industry-recognized certifications
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • High standards of professionalism and personal presentation
  • Capability to work autonomously and conduct independent research
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • A valid UK driving license is required for this field-based role.

Required Competencies:

  • Delivering high-quality 1st and 2nd line support
  • Proficient in all aspects of Windows desktop and application support
  • Knowledgeable in tablet and mobile device support
  • Basic network troubleshooting skills, including ping and traceroute
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Office 365 administration
