Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Kenton Black. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks on water system equipment to ensure the highest level of reliability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections, servicing, and calibration of water systems and associated machinery.
  • Provide comprehensive service reports, documenting all maintenance work performed, recommendations, and any follow-up actions required.
  • Work closely with the technical support team to resolve complex technical issues and share knowledge for improvement of service delivery.
  • Manage a schedule of preventive maintenance and respond to urgent maintenance calls during working hours.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Engineering, or a related technical field, is preferred but not essential.
  • Significant hands-on experience in a field service engineering role; experience in water systems engineering is desirable, although comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Legionella Awareness training and full working knowledge of ACoP L8 and HSG274 is desirable.
  • Full UK driving license is required.
