Overview:
The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, demonstrating a solid understanding of PLCs, HMIs, and a strong customer service orientation.

Position Summary:

In the role of Field Service Engineer, you will collaborate with various project stakeholders, taking charge of the deployment of the company's systems and overseeing electrical installations at client locations globally.


You will represent the company's brand, being the final technician present on-site during acceptance testing and the initiation of production at client facilities.


Key Responsibilities for Field Service Engineer:

  • As a specialist, ensure machinery is operational according to mechanical, electrical, software, and process specifications outlined in contracts.
  • Adjust and troubleshoot software across multiple PLC platforms.
  • Adhere to all organizational Health & Safety protocols, providing feedback on any safety concerns to management.
  • Assist Technical and Customer Services both in the office and on-site.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with R&D, Manufacturing, Customer Services, and the Drawing Office.
Experience in the installation and deployment of advanced capital equipment in sectors such as Food & Beverage, Oil & Gas, and Pharmaceuticals.

  • Proficient in troubleshooting and modifying PLC programs (Rockwell, Siemens, etc.) and HMI systems (Rockwell, Win CC).
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude: hands-on experience is essential.
  • Capability to work independently while still contributing to a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, with potential travel requirements up to 75%.
