About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ER Advisor to join our People Team at Staffline Group. As a Senior ER Advisor, you will play a key role in providing specialist employee relations and employment policy advice to our managers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations Advice: Provide commercially focused ER advice to managers and colleagues, reviewing and managing insights to seek out potential risks and provide solutions.
  • Case Management: Manage a broad and varied case load to bring cases to effective conclusion, coaching and influencing managers to ensure decisions are in line with legislation.
  • Team Support: Act as an escalation point for the ER Advisors, providing advice on how to approach more complex ER or procedural matters.
  • Project Management: Manage HR projects or be the People lead on business projects, such as TUPEs, acquisitions, system implementations, and reorganisations.
  • Trend Identification: Identify trends and patterns to assist the ER and Learning and Development Teams to identify training and other proactive interventions.
  • Communication: Attend and actively participate in ER case meetings, and assist the Head of ER with ACAS and employment tribunal cases.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience of advising and supporting managers through complex ER situations, and/or strong experience in completing ER processes.
  • Knowledge: Clear understanding and knowledge of current and future Employment Legislation, including TUPE legislation.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of management and key stakeholders.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated and driven team player, with the ability to challenge and influence key decision makers with an assertive, confident yet influential approach.
