Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential sites in Central London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the facilities and concierge team, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of concierges across multiple sites, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor service delivery, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback to the team.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and inventory to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel or luxury residential setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, guests, and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and procedures, with the ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment.
