Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge Duty Manager to oversee a small portfolio of residential sites in Central London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the facilities and concierge team, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of concierges across 4 to 6 sites, ensuring excellent customer service and high standards of service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor service delivery, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback to the team.
- Manage budgets, resources, and inventory to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel or luxury residential setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, guests, and team members.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures, with the ability to manage and maintain accurate records.
