Residential Day Concierge Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Residential Day Concierge to join our esteemed clients team at a prestigious residential development in East London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Manage resident requests and inquiries efficiently, maintaining a calm and positive attitude.
  • Coordinate with external services, handle deliveries, and book appointments as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and security of the lobby and common areas, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
  • Monitor CCTV and access control systems to prevent any potential security breaches.
  • Communicate effectively with the property management team and contractors to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written) is essential for this role.
  • Previous experience in a concierge, hospitality, or customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for success in this position.
  • A professional appearance and demeanor are expected at all times.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and positive attitude is crucial.
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, are required.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is a must.
