HR Administrator Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the HR Director and contribute to the smooth operation of our HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide HR administration support to the HR Director, including managing digital filing systems and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Calculate and monitor holiday entitlements, issue employment contracts, and update employee information using our HR online platform.
  3. Assist with recruitment, including posting job adverts and monitoring responses.
  4. Monitor training dates, allocate new courses to employees, and arrange health and life insurance.
  5. Track data to assist with the production of reward statements and perform other administrative duties as directed by the HR Director.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in HR administration or a related field.
  2. High level of administrative experience, including handling sensitive and confidential data.
  3. IT literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  5. Able to work effectively in a team environment.
