Job Summary:
Benchmark Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. As an HR Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our HR Director and contribute to the smooth operation of our human resources function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR Director, including managing digital filing systems, calculating and monitoring holiday entitlements, and issuing employment contracts.
- Manage employee records and file organization, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist with recruitment, including posting job adverts and monitoring responses.
- Monitor training dates and allocate new courses to employees.
- Arrange health and life insurance for employees.
- Track data to assist with the production of reward statements.
- Perform other administrative duties as directed by the HR Director.
Requirements:
- High level of administrative experience, preferably in an HR environment.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
