HR Administrator Job Description

Elizabeth Michael Associates Ltd is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team in NG6 Basford. In this role, you will handle various administrative HR tasks, ensuring efficient management of HR processes and databases.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage general HR filing and archiving.
  • Maintain the right to work database.
  • Update and manage holiday and pension databases.
  • Compile and generate monthly HR report data.
  • Conduct new staff inductions.
  • Provide staff statistics to the Health and Safety Manager.
  • Review the organisational structure monthly.
  • Gather references for new starters.
  • Ensure all return-to-work and attendance meetings are completed and documented.
  • Collect and organise all absence paperwork.
  • Notify staff and managers of any trigger points reached.
  • Produce monthly absence data for payroll processing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
