HR & Payroll Advisor Opportunity

We are working exclusively with a small to medium-sized business in Nottingham to find an HR candidate to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to take on a fresh challenge and make a real impact.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all day-to-day HR administration, including new starters, employment references, managing absences and holidays, processing leavers, and supporting events. They will also assist with the weekly and monthly running of payroll by preparing input, processing weekly timesheets, and referencing time and attendance information.

This role is ideal for someone with HR experience at assistant/coordinator/advisor level, with payroll experience a bonus. The ideal candidate will be CIPD level 3 qualified or have equivalent experience. If you are looking to develop your career in HR and Payroll, this is a great opportunity to gain exposure and take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR administration, including new starters, employment references, and managing absences and holidays
  • Assisting with the weekly and monthly running of payroll
  • Supporting events and assisting with the wider HR strategy

Requirements:

  • HR experience at assistant/coordinator/advisor level
