Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at ETS Technical Selection. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees and contractors working in the construction materials testing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor health and safety practices
  • Provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on health and safety procedures
  • Investigate incidents and near misses, and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety protocols

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in health and safety management in a construction materials testing environment
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
