Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at ETS Technical Selection. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and proactive approach to Health, Safety, and Environment throughout our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor Health and Safety processes and standards
- Support communication and training initiatives
- Analyze and communicate key health and safety data and learning to underpin continuous improvement
- Support the Test operation through a period of change and health and safety improvements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar Health and Safety role, particularly in Test or Construction Materials related industries
- Knowledge covering a wide range of H&S legislation
- Experience with Risk Assessments, including COSHH and Fire
- Planning and delivering H&S training
- Undertaking work-based risk assessments, H&S inspections, and audits
- Qualified with at least NEBOSH Diploma
What We Offer:
The successful candidate will have sole responsibility for Health and Safety in a fast-paced UKAS accredited Test environment. They will be given every opportunity to implement and oversee new HSE initiatives to improve Health and Safety across the business. Further training and personal development opportunities will also be available for those wanting to broaden their knowledge and skillset.
