Job Description

Job Title: Compliance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team at Pertemps TM. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our property compliance are met, including health and safety, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure that all teams and people are effectively managed, have a clear focus on quality, health and safety, customer focus, and are motivated to achieve challenging objectives.
  • Manage the performance of various members of staff within the Property Services department, providing coaching and identifying development needs.
  • Focus on Health and Safety compliance relating to the Property Services department (gas; electrical; asbestos etc).
  • Ensure that contract and procurement arrangements are in line with company procedures.
  • Liaise with customers to assess opportunities for growth and development within the service area.

Requirements:

  • Level 5 in a construction related discipline.
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
  • Experience in managing and developing a team.
  • (Ideally) Senior management experience within a property maintenance sector.
  • Full driving license.
