Role Overview: We are currently seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to enhance our team. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary and involves providing essential support to the Operational Management within Waste Water Services, facilitating the smooth operation of activities within our Field Support Centres.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the WWS FSC Inbox and handle telephone inquiries as necessary. Collaborate with the Central Service Centre and Source Contacts teams to ensure effective communication. Oversee the WWS FSC Alarm Group and respond to alarms with guidance from the Maintenance and FSC Manager. Process DG7 contacts from the Service Compliance team, gather feedback from relevant staff, and escalate issues as needed. Coordinate the creation of effective schedules in collaboration with local management and operator teams, including managing intraday workbasket. Schedule customer interactions and additional work on behalf of the customer and network service team. Liaise with local management and operator teams, as well as central teams, to support the planning and scheduling of complex work. Manage the interface with CRIMSON for the WWS operational management team, ensuring timely reporting and system updates. Conduct data entry for work programming, reporting, and performance management using company software. Assist the team in consistently meeting Service Level Agreements. Maintain comprehensive administrative records related to all Waste Water Services activities. Oversee area issues including stationery, equipment registers, and purchase orders. Generate purchase and work orders for suppliers and enter receipts for deliveries. Produce routine and ad hoc reports as directed by the management team.

Candidate Profile:

GCSE Maths and English at grade C or equivalent, or demonstrable ability at this level. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills. Familiarity with the geographical area and understanding of travel times is advantageous. Ability to establish rapport and build effective working relationships. Willingness to travel occasionally to various sites to support operational duties. Flexible approach to working hours to meet operational needs.
