About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Utilities Administrator to join our team at Network Plus Services. As a key member of our Operations Support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination of our work with internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Liaise with supervisors and subcontract teams to ensure that programs are delivered efficiently and effectively, meeting all client and operational requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our works management systems, ensuring that all issues are recorded and escalated promptly.
  • Collate, coordinate, and distribute operational job packs to ensure that all necessary information is available to team members.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to ensure that service levels and objectives are met.
  • Contribute to a positive and innovative team environment by providing solutions to problems and embracing change.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and report any safety issues in accordance with Company policies.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative role with a focus on customer service and operations support.
  • Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work to tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
