We are seeking a highly skilled Service Management Specialist to join our team at M Group Services Limited T/A Magdalene Limited. This is a fixed-term contract role, with the potential for permanent placement, working in our 24x7 Service Management Centre.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, from receipt of issue through to resolution.
- Schedule and allocate work, and provide excellent support to our engineering teams to enable customer updates and timely issue resolution.
- Work collaboratively with our customers, field engineers, and network management teams to ensure end-to-end ownership and meet SLAs.
- Manage and prioritize customer requests, tickets, and cases, ensuring timely resolution and meeting SLAs.
- Control and direct our field engineers and spares deliveries, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Task and track the work of our Technical Support Services team, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Ensure all Planned Preventative Maintenance is complete, and provide ad-hoc reports as required to senior colleagues and customers.
- Maintain internal reports following engineer visits, and arrange and coordinate access for various suppliers providing services.
- Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A positive attitude, with the ability to overcome obstacles and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Computer literacy, including Excel and Outlook, with a willingness to learn new products, systems, and processes.
