We are seeking a highly skilled Service Management Specialist to join our Service Team at Magdalene Limited. As a key member of our 24x7 Service Management Centre, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Receiving and managing customer requests/tickets, ensuring timely resolution and meeting SLAs.
- Providing regular updates to customers on the progress of faults and prioritizing each fault to meet contractual timescales.
- Controlling and directing field engineers and spares deliveries to ensure efficient issue resolution.
- Tasking and tracking the work of our Technical Support Services team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintaining internal reports and ensuring all Planned Preventative Maintenance is complete.
- Providing ad-hoc reports to senior colleagues and customers as required.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude to overcome obstacles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Computer literacy, including Excel and Outlook, with a willingness to learn new products, systems, and processes.
