Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Management Specialist to join our team at Magdalene Limited. As a key member of our Service Management Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service support to our customers, from issue receipt to resolution. Your primary focus will be on scheduling and allocating work, providing excellent support to our engineering teams, and ensuring timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and manage customer requests and tickets, raising cases on our CRM system
Provide regular updates to external customers on the progress of faults
Prioritize each fault to meet SLAs, including resource management
Meet customer SLAs within contracted timescales
Control and direct field engineers and spares deliveries
Task and track the work of our Technical Support Services team
Ensure all Planned Preventative Maintenance is complete
Provide ad hoc reports as required to senior colleagues and customers
Maintain internal reports following engineer visits
Arrange and coordinate access for various suppliers providing services

About the Role

This is a full-time, fixed-term role (6 months) with the potential for permanent placement. You will work collaboratively with our customers, field engineers, and network management teams to ensure end-to-end ownership and meet SLAs.
