Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Service Centre Advisor to join our team at Markerstudy Group. As a Service Centre Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient running of our Service Centre operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the completion of general Service Centre office tasks to support the Service Centre Manager and Service Centre Supervisor, maintaining a high level of compliance.
- Provide exceptional support to colleagues and customers, both internally and externally, through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Manage the network scheduling system, intervening manually when necessary, and maintaining open communication with external customers, technicians, and management teams.
- Provide operational insights and feedback to relevant management teams, contributing to the improvement of our Service Centre operations.
- Liaise closely with external customers, technicians, and field management through clear and timely communication.
- Assist in controlling and replenishing consumable stocks for the Service Centre.
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety processes at all times.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested or advised by the Service Centre Manager and Service Centre Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and via the telephone.
- Proven ability to plan and organize workload effectively.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
