About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Potens. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults living in our service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive, positive, and caring support to adults living in our service.
  • Enable people to learn new skills towards living more independently.
  • Assist and provide individuals with support for their emotional and practical needs.
  • Work effectively as part of a team.
  • Be a part of developing and implementing person-centred care plans.
  • Taking part in activities with the people we support, both in the service and out in the community.

About You

  • You will have the aptitude, desire, and commitment to work in social care with adults with a variety of needs.
  • Be flexible with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Motivated and a team player.
  • No experience needed - for us at Potens, we are looking for people with the right values and will provide full training and support.
  • Drivers preferred.
