About the Role

The Fostering Foundation Limited is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Foster Care Specialist. As a Foster Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a safe and loving environment for children in need, supporting their emotional and educational development, and collaborating with our experienced social workers and support teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to children in your care, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.
  • Collaborate with our social workers and support teams to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our fostering services, ensuring they are of the highest quality and meet the needs of our children and families.

Requirements

  • Be over 21 years old and have a permanent spare bedroom in your home.
  • Have the right to remain in the UK and be able to provide a stable and loving environment for children.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with our teams and families.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to accommodate different age groups and needs.
