We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Sonderwell. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs, including oxygen saturation monitoring, gastrostomy care, and administration of medication.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.
