About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful individual to join our team as a Support Worker. The successful candidate will work closely with our service users, providing support and enabling them to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Support service users to access community activities and engage in leisure pursuits
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a high-quality service
Requirements
  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults, preferably in a care or support setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
