About the Role

The Regional Account Director for EME will serve as an executive leader on the Compass Central Leadership Team (CLT), providing governance and oversight for food and support services programs for a Fortune Five global organization.

This role will serve as the single point of contact and conduit across country and business leads, growth teams, clients, and the CLT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive scalable insight, reporting, and special initiatives to drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in service and experience.
  • Work closely with country teams overseeing culinary, cafe, hospitality, events, vending, guest service, and soft services operations across multiple client business verticals.
  • Set the standard for regional operations and systems, working alongside the CLT and Global Account Director and team.
  • Manage and mentor senior management towards business goals, ensuring the maturation and training of senior management.
  • Oversee teams opening new business and/or revitalizing existing operations with new food programs, merchandising, equipment, etc.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years management experience supervising senior managers, ideally at a regional level.
  • Multi-unit experience in the food, hospitality, catering, and/or hotel industry desirable.
  • Strong passion for great food and hospitality.
  • Proven industry contacts and relationships that can be leveraged in networking and recruitment of other team members.
  • Proven ability to enhance profitability, sustainability, and creativity across all channels in alignment with business strategy.
  • Proven coaching and teaching skills with peers, individuals, and teams.
