This is a contract role for a limited duration.

TRO is actively seeking a Site Operations Manager to become part of our team. Under the guidance of the TRO Account Director and the Client, the Site Operations Manager will oversee all facets of the program.

As a representative of TRO and the Client, the Site Operations Manager is tasked with ensuring the seamless execution of the activation by managing all logistical requirements before, during, and after the launch. This role also involves supervising and directing a team of Site Supervisors while providing support to the On-site teams (drivers) throughout the events to guarantee that each installation market functions as intended.

This position requires travel and availability on weekends.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION //

  • Implement relevant logistical strategies by coordinating with installation vendors to confirm arrival times, arrange vehicles/keys, and manage setup/teardown processes.
  • Act as the liaison between TRO and the field team, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with Site Supervisors regarding operational execution.
  • Oversee communication within the team through designated communication platforms.
  • Train and guide the Site Supervisors and On-site teams (drivers) to effectively utilize tour assets and address troubleshooting needs during events.
  • Complete administrative tasks promptly, including but not limited to inventory summaries, attendance tracking, expense approvals, and uploading media from installation sites.
  • Ensure that events prioritize the safety of staff and the public above all else.

WHAT YOU REQUIRE //

  • Experience in a comparable role is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to assigned installation market locations.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate working mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Must successfully pass screening checks, including a driver assessment upon hire.
