Position Overview

  • The Networks and Managed Services Delivery (NMSD) division is tasked with the execution of Network Products & Solutions, Network Roll-Out, Support & Repair, Network Optimization, and Managed Services.
  • The Delivery Operations Manager will oversee the effective implementation of all instructed Build sites within their designated Project.
  • It is essential to ensure that all Customer Purchase Orders (PO) are secured and that PO coverage is communicated to the Project ASPs prior to the commencement of work at the site level.
  • Facilitate gating meetings from the initial Build instruction and confirm that the ASP is executing Build planning in accordance with contractual KPIs and SLAs, while assessing ASP performance at critical build planning milestones.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Collaborate with the Customer Project Manager to guarantee that all site builds are accurately instructed.
  • Verify that all Customer PO coverage and ASP PO coverage are established before work begins at the site level.
  • Conduct initial site gating meetings with the ASP and perform a comprehensive review of site-level drawings to ensure that both the drawings and the planned site build are feasible and compliant with local and global Health and Safety policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • In-depth expertise in site-based delivery, including Rigging, Installation, and Commissioning (I&C) of Ericsson radio products.
  • Proficient in quality auditing and defect identification.
  • Familiarity with Construction Design and Management (CDM 2015) Regulations.
  • Experience in H&S internal/external audits.
  • Extensive background in collaboration with ASPs/SWCs and Customer engagement.

Note: This position is classified as inside IR35.
