About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead our internal transformation programme. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the programme's operations, ensuring business engagement and project alignment throughout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programme strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Identify and mitigate programme risks, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Coordinate cross-project activities and develop programme deadlines, budgets, and activities
  • Prepare reports for programme directors and sponsors, highlighting programme progress and key performance indicators
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager
  • Excellent knowledge of project/programme management techniques and methods, including Prince2 and Agile
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Ability to problem-solve quickly and think critically
  • Experience in managing stakeholders and building strong relationships
