About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the adidas team as a Floor Manager - Visual Merchandising Expert. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales and executing visual merchandising initiatives to create a compelling consumer brand journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement floor plans and visual merchandising strategies to optimize sales per square foot and enhance the consumer experience.
  • Ensure all windows and in-store displays are presented to a high standard, including mannequin dressing, lighting, and price communication.
  • Collaborate with the Senior VM Manager to plan and execute visual merchandising initiatives, driving flawless execution across the store.
  • Support and coach store teams to understand the impact of visual merchandising on store profitability.
  • Communicate and demonstrate adidas brand values and Europe Retail Mission to store teams.

Requirements
  • Proven passion for visual merchandising and excellent skills in operating personal computers and software packages.
  • Knowledge of profit and loss statements and store KPIs to make commercial decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups.
  • Ability to think conceptually and diagnose sales/category reporting to inform in-store merchandising strategies.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
