Position Overview:
As a pivotal member of our team, the Business Development Manager will focus on the fresh produce sector, driving growth and enhancing client relationships.

Location:
Birmingham

Compensation:
£50,000 - £60,000 with 33 days of holiday, opportunities for advancement, performance bonuses, a 5% pension plan, and additional company benefits.

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager with a background in fresh produce to join a leading supplier in the UK. This role is integral to our business growth strategy, allowing you to work closely with a well-established client base while exploring new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing supermarket clients.
2. Engage with new and current clients to maximize revenue potential.
3. Identify and pursue new client opportunities and market avenues.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to enhance ROI.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in business development, particularly within the Food, Produce, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong communication skills to effectively manage and expand client relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Must be able to commute to Birmingham central.
