We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to join our team in Tamworth. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for establishing sales across geographical and critical business areas, exceeding company objectives, and establishing a strong market presence across all services offered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the organization's overall business goals and objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure individual and team success.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, such as revenue, sales pipeline, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales of legal and conveyancing services.
  • Proven ability to develop sales in an organisation.
