Position Overview

The Food and Beverage Operations Manager will be instrumental in the success of Beira. This role encompasses the comprehensive management of restaurant functions, including staff oversight, guest satisfaction, sales enhancement, and brand development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee daily restaurant activities, focusing on staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
    • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
    • Maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere for guests.
  • Team Development:
    • Recruit, train, and nurture a skilled food and beverage team.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture.
    • Provide continuous support and mentorship to team members.
  • Guest Engagement:
    • Deliver outstanding service that exceeds guest expectations.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty.
    • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Financial Strategy:
    • Formulate and execute strategies to boost revenue and profitability.
    • Analyze sales metrics to identify areas for enhancement.
    • Manage the restaurant budget and control expenditures effectively.
  • Menu Innovation:
    • Collaborate with the Head Chef to design and enhance the menu offerings.
