About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dedicated team at Lochardil House, a stunning example of Scottish architecture and heritage. Reporting directly to the F&B Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and lounge, ensuring the highest levels of service are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Enhance guest satisfaction and drive service standards
  • Work closely with the F&B Manager to achieve departmental goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service

  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
