Compensation:
The position offers a competitive salary in the range of £30,000 to £35,000, commensurate with experience, along with additional benefits including tronc dividends.
About the Company:
Our client is a well-respected hotel operator with a collection of award-winning establishments in the Invernesshire and Highlands area. They are committed to investing in their team and are seeking a talented Food and Beverage Manager to support their management structure.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of the hotel, focusing on:
- Enhancing the customer experience through exceptional service.
- Overseeing food and beverage operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Training and developing staff to uphold service standards.
- Managing a diverse range of responsibilities within the hotel environment.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for individuals with a strong background in food and beverage management, who are ready to take the next step in their career. Candidates should ideally possess WSET qualifications and have a proven track record in a similar role. Please note that this position does not offer live-in accommodation.
