Job Overview

Consumer Additions and Consumer Exec are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead their sales efforts as the Head of Sales. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and drive revenue growth in the immersive experience industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the company's customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including venue owners, event planners, and corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of events and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage and maintain the company's CRM system to track sales performance and customer interactions.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote the company's services and products.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the events or entertainment industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and ability to maintain and maximize its use.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
