Key Responsibilities:

As a Full-Time Front Office Supervisor, you will support the Front Office Manager in ensuring that guests receive a warm and memorable welcome upon their arrival.

Your role will involve:

  • Delivering impeccable guest service, including comprehensive concierge support.
  • Monitoring and responding to online guest reviews to enhance service quality.
  • Possessing a thorough understanding of front office operations, ideally with experience in Opera Cloud.
  • Managing check-in and check-out processes efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5* hotel environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
  • Experience in providing personalized concierge services.
  • The ability to handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism.

In this role, you will also:

  • Ensure the reception area is always clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Train and mentor reception staff on standards and procedures.
  • Assist guests with recommendations and inquiries regarding hotel facilities.
