Job Duties

- Lead the enhancement of specific areas of professional practice within the service to ensure exceptional clinical standards and address training needs within the team.

- As a senior team member, you will be responsible for providing regular supervision and performance evaluations for designated team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.

- Manage care coordination for a select caseload of complex cases, utilizing evidence-based and client-centered approaches to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions.

Educational Background

  • Degree in Social Work or an equivalent qualification.
