About the Role:

Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Self-Defense Coach to join our team. As a coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality self-defense training sessions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging self-defense training programs that cater to diverse age groups and skill levels.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Conduct sessions according to the program schedule, ensuring classes start on time and run smoothly.
  • Provide personalized feedback and guidance to customers, helping them set and achieve realistic goals.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of sessions, including equipment setup and take-down.
  • Assist in the development of programming through innovative ideas and initiatives.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to Fusion's Safeguarding policy and procedures.
  • Champion health and safety policies, conducting regular checks and reporting any issues promptly.
  • Support customer flow management, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, reporting any equipment faults or major repairs.
