About the Role

Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Self-defence Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our sports coaching team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality self-defence sessions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging self-defence sessions that cater to diverse age groups and abilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting a positive and inclusive environment
  • Contribute to the development of new programming and initiatives, ensuring alignment with Fusion Lifestyle's goals and values
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication with customers
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to Fusion Lifestyle's policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Relevant coaching qualification (Level 1 or 2) from a recognized governing body
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement
