About the Role

Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Self-defence Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our sports coaching team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality self-defence sessions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging self-defence programmes that cater to diverse age groups and abilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of sports programmes and services
  • Contribute to the development of new programme ideas and initiatives, enhancing the overall customer experience
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for customers
Requirements
  • Relevant coaching qualification (Level 1 or 2) from a recognized governing body
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand
