Talent Acquisition Advisor

Four Marketing Group, a leading marketing and distribution company, is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Advisor to support its talent acquisition efforts in London.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Source and attract top talent across the Four Marketing Group companies in the UK and internationally
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and provide proactive support throughout the recruitment process
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
    • Source applicants through online channels and professional networks
    • Compile interview questions and conduct in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates
    • Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork
    • Regularly communicate with HR representatives regarding candidate start dates, verbal offer acceptance, and new starter details
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a talent acquisition role within an in-house or agency environment
  • Previous experience with full cycle recruitment, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Excellent emotional intelligence
