This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of our operations, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the success of our clinical and operational staff.

As an Operational Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for a range of key duties, including:

Creating a Positive Work Environment
  • Cultivating a supportive and collaborative work environment for all clinical and operational staff.
  • Monitoring staff satisfaction and implementing strategies to enhance their experience.
Adaptability and Flexibility

Leading by example, you will demonstrate the ability to adapt and respond effectively to changing situations within our fast-paced healthcare setting.

Rota Management Expertise
  • Collaborating with Team Managers to ensure efficient and timely completion of operational rotas, including weekend and bank holiday coverage.
  • Developing contingency plans to address unexpected absences and maintain seamless shift coverage.
  • Implementing resource-efficient rota management practices.
Communication and Collaboration Champion
  • Facilitating open and transparent communication channels within the team and across departments.
  • Promoting a collaborative work culture that fosters teamwork and shared goals.
  • Building strong internal relationships based on mutual respect and appreciation for individual strengths.
  • Developing effective internal communication strategies to keep staff informed about service performance, BrisDoc news, and developments.
Induction, Training, and Development Support
  • Assisting Team Managers with the onboarding, training, and professional development of operational staff.
  • Identifying training needs and collaborating with Team Managers to plan appropriate development programs.
