About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging them in activities and outings that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs, using appropriate equipment and techniques.
  • Administer medication and perform other tasks as required, in accordance with our policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience in healthcare or a related field, with a focus on care and support.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Fluency in Punjabi or Urdu is an asset, but not required.
