About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team at 1 Sewardstone Close. As a key member of our care team, you will provide personalized care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, eating, and visiting the bathroom
  • Assist residents with mobility and daily living activities
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with residents, understanding their needs and preferences
Requirements
  • Alert and attentive to residents' physical and mental well-being
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
