About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team at 1 Sewardstone Close. As a key member of our care team, you will provide personalized care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, eating, and mobility assistance
  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as toileting and dressing
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Contribute to a safe and clean environment, maintaining high standards of hygiene and housekeeping
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with residents, understanding their preferences and needs
Requirements
  • Alert and attentive to residents' physical and mental well-being at all times
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days and weekends
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and development, with a focus on delivering high-quality care
