About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at 1 Sewardstone Close. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and nursing services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, implement, and regularly maintain electronic nursing care plans
  • Supervise the delivery of care by the care team and identify training and development needs
  • Dispense and administer medication to residents as prescribed, accurately maintaining appropriate records
  • Carry out stock control and ordering of residents' prescribed medication and medical products
  • Understand and comply with all statutory and legal requirements relevant to the role

Requirements:

  • Valid registered NMC Pin
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build meaningful relationships with residents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
