Key Responsibilities- Formulate, implement, and regularly maintain electronic nursing care plans
- Supervise the delivery of care by the care team and identify training and development needs
- Dispense and administer medication to residents as prescribed, accurately maintaining appropriate records
- Carry out stock control and ordering of residents' prescribed medication and medical products
- Understand and comply with all statutory and legal requirements relevant to the role
- Valid registered NMC Pin
- Ability to work as part of a team and build meaningful relationships with residents
