Sales Manager

Fairmont Windsor Park is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and business development for our luxury property. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales objectives and targets, developing account animation plans, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key account teams, brand partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Conduct market research, identify new sales opportunities, and develop account animation plans to maximize share from each account.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and communicate Arora Group and relevant brand marketing initiatives and promotions.

• Utilize public relations, marketing, and social media resources to improve sales effectiveness and drive business growth.
